Condominium Palma Cocos is a spacious 1,100 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo which comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. Elegantly designed modern Mexican interior & furnishings create a rich soothing environment built for your vacation pleasure. The building, Las Palmas, is a 3 story, 13 unit condominium that is very quiet and peaceful. The building is located in the new upscale area of Playa Del Carmen, 2 1/2 blocks from a gorgeous, less populated beach and 1/2 block from the famous 5th Avenue. We provide complimentary spring water and beach passes to Mamita's Beach Club.

Activities abound in the area including extensive Mayan ruins, gorgeous eco water parks, and world-class deep sea diving and snorkeling. Additional information on the specific location of these activities can be found in the excellent local guide, La Quinta or In Playa. Please contact us for information on the extensive golfing opportunities in the area.

There is an abundance of great entertainment and activities in Playa Del Carmen from great restaurants, nighlife, clubs and coffee shops to palapa diners. Shopping is extensive, from economical regional crafts, to clothing, jewelry and art. The core entertainment and shopping area is along the main pedestrian spine of Playa, known as Quinta Avenida or Fifth Avenue. During the day it’s basking in the tropical sun, by night it is closed off to automobiles and comes alive with energy and excitement.
