The Reihenhausendhälfte is located in a quiet village location. A street with little traffic and a footpath that takes about 900 meters down to the beach. The town center with various shops located nearby. The plot is facing west. Object belongs to a car park and a bicycle garage with pushcarts. A barbecue is available for you in the garden. Very nice is also the playground with Schauckel at home. The house itself has a ground floor dining and living area, a separate kitchen and a guest bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and sauna. The house is equipped with a ventilation system and pollen filter fitted, making it suitable for allergy sufferers particularly well. From the living room leads out onto the terrace, which is oriented to the west. Due to the quiet location and not too dense development you can enjoy a quiet and romantic holiday.
