Get away from the stress of the city to this charming and classic hill country house set in the middle of over 10 acres. This one story rock house comes fully equipped for all your wishes for privacy and relaxation, yet there is plenty to do, both at the house and in the surrounding area.

Antique shopping is a short drive to Boerne, Comfort, Fredericksburg along with great and interesting places to stop for lunch or dinner. San Antonio, with SeaWorld and Fiesta Texas is also a short drive away.

The Hill Country is full of good-to-great wineries such as Sisterdale Winery and Becker Winery outside of Stonewall. There is always the nostalgic stop in Luckenbach (Willie Nelson's old hangout) and on Sundays, there is live entertainment along with your long neck.

What a great find in the Hill Country!: The house is just wonderful, for every age group. Less than 10 miles to Marquardt Ranch.
