The building is on seven floors and consists of 157 apartments comprising private owners from UK, etc and also tour operated rented flats, by European tour operators. The 24 hour reception can assist with most needs and there is also night security staff. The balcony of the apartments have sun most of the day and overlook the kidney shaped swimming pool with sea views. The balconies also has two sun loungers or recliner sun chairs, along with a table and four chairs as well as a pull out drying line.

The apartments are served by 2 lift elevators from the reception area .

The pool is heated and scaled for children shallow end and deep end for adults. A main Mercadona supermarket is located some 100 metres away, in the red/brown brick building located down escalators in the lower shopping mall. Food, drinks etc are most economically priced there. There are ample eating/drinking establishments nearby. Banks and money exchange facilities are all available near at hand.

A taxi ride from the airport is 22Euros (+/- £16) and lets you start your holiday upon your arrival in Tenerife with no delays as with tour operators.
