Waterfront luxury condo at the foot of Shawnee Peak ski area. This 3 level waterfront unit is great for year-round fun. In the summer go swimming, boating and play golf or ski and snowboard in winter. Property is located in the Lakes Region in the foothills of the White mountains and just 3 hours from Boston. This freshly painted and decorated unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and can accommodate up to 10 comfortably. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level, one with a king bed and the other a double. A large master suite on the main level with queen size bed.

Lower level has a bedroom with (2 bunk beds) connected to a family room with TV/VCR and games. The modern kitchen comes with a microwave and stainless steel appliances. Cathedral ceiling living room with floor to ceiling (18') stone fireplace. Dining area opens onto huge wrap-around deck with glorious views of Moose Pond. Gas grill on the deck for barbecuing. 4 cable TVs in master ,2nd level bed, living room (DVD/VCR) and family/ game room.

Game room/family room includes Air hockey, Foosball and VCR/TV . DVD/VCR in living room so kids can watch a movie downstairs while you enjoy the spacious living area with a fire in the fireplace and listen to music. Just 3 hours from Boston in the lakes region of Maine at the foothills of the White Mountains. Downtown Bridgton is only 6 miles away. Outlet shopping and fine dining in North Conway is just 20-25 minutes drive. Kids activities include Indoor Waterpark (year round), miniature golf, Story Land and much more. Beautiful scenic views of the Mount Washington valley as well as extensive skiing at Attitash, Cranmore, Black Mt., Wildcat and Sunday River.

Summer activities at your door include swimming, boating, fishing, hiking Shawnee Peak and tennis at the onsite courts. Within a short 25 minute drive, you can also hike the White Mountains and Mount Washington or go shopping at the many Outlet stores. Storyland and Santas Village are great activities for kids of all ages. If you'd rather stay closer to home, the lovely town of Bridgton is just 6 miles away with shops restaurants. There is a Hannaford grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and a Reny's variety store. Bridgton also has many antique shops. There are 20 golf courses to choose from within 30 minutes drive. Kids activities in Naples and Raymond include mini golf, go-carts, bungie swings, batting cages and more.
