There's outlet shopping in nearby tax-free North Conway, New Hampshire which is only 30 minutes away. This is a great area for water skiing, sailing, canoeing, tubing, jet skiing and kayaking. There is a public boat ramp (which is free) only half a mile away. Perfect location for skiing and snowmobiling. 5 miles to Shawnee Peak/Pleasant Mountain and 30 minutes to Sunday River.
