I'm the owner of this furnished apartment and I will make sure you'll find a beautiful and clean apartment whenever you arrive in Dubai.

The apartment is very spacious and fitted with modern high quality furniture and appliances. The view over Dubai Marina from the 12th floor is extraordinary, especially at night.

Within 200m of the apartment you will find: 2.5 km of beach, Beach activities, Restaurants, Coffee shops, Bakery, Supermarket, Bars, Laundry, Game Salon, Spas, Retail fashion stores, Banks & Exchange, Gyms... all you need for a perfect holiday.

A complimentary airport pick up will be organised for you.

The famous JBR Walk is at your doorstep and a few meters away the sea with its turquoise water. There are 24h supermarkets and a great selection of restaurants which all provide delivery service to the apartment. At the 2.5 km long beach you can find plenty of Bars & Restaurants to enjoy the evening. All hotels offer daytime beach activities, such as: Banana boat, catamaran rentals, water ski, fishing, etc. and Dubai Sky dive is a five minutes taxi drive away.
