This beautifully designed villa offers luxurious retreat for perfect vacation. There are two buildings at the property and both are for your use only while staying at Villa Khala. We can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have double beds, A/C, LCD TV sets, mini fridge, and en-suite bathrooms. In two of these bedrooms we can provide additional single beds if You need them. Living room area is very spacious and there our guests can relax next to large LCD TV set and charming fireplace. Outside You will find private swimming pool, sun beds and lounge sitting area to enjoy sun. Next to the pool there is covered area for dining al-fresco with large barbecue. Here you can prepare your meals and enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail. Our wine cellar is stocked with decent choice of wines at affordable prices.Villa is located on the edge of a small hamlet called Krmed and it is completely walled and gated offering privacy for you and your family.

Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants. Rolling hills overlook the fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling some old paintings.

Discovering the beauties of Kanfanar area you will find the most important cultural monument of worldwide cultural heritage – medieval town of Dvigrad. Krmed is located in the region of Kanfanar. To the tourist sights, Rovinj and Pula and other highlights you are just a short drive away. Just a short drive away from the property you can find nearest beaches with a lot of quiet places to relax.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euros) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The weekly price includes: 7 night accommodation, final cleaning (and mid stay if it is two or more weeks), laundry (once per week linen and towels), pool maintenance, water, electricity, tourist tax, villa mobile phone – a direct link to us for assistance and troubleshooting, mobile internet access (on request), firewood, meet and greet with a welcome basket of local products.
  • A 30% contractual down payment is required on booking. The rest is to be transferred 4 weeks before arrival or paid cash on arrival. There's also a breakage security deposit of 500 Euro which is to be returned on departure after inspection.
