• Rate Notes:
  
  The villas are prepared for your arrival. Access to the villa is after 3pm on day of arrival unless previous arrangements have been made.
  Towels and linen (including pool towels) are supplied. Maid service three times a week, linen changed once a week, towels changed twice a week. If you are looking for a late deal please email to see how much you can save on the published price.
  Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more likely to be on a weekday. It is necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season.
• Low Season Only
  If you rent only 1,2 or 3 bedrooms the remaining bedrooms will be locked. You are still renting the entire villa but not all the bedrooms/bathrooms. You will have access to all the other rooms in the villa. The rate is low season is based on 2 adults sharing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

  Cancellation refunds:
  Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit
  4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
  2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
  Less than 2 weeks - no refund
  
  Sorry but this property is not available for groups of young adults.
  The property is strictly non smoking.
• Booking Notes:
  
  For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%.
  All deposits are non refundable.
  All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.
  The quoted rates includes maid service with change of sheets & towels after 7 nights. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
