A lovely traditional Portuguese villa just a 5 minute walk from town and within easy walking distance to local beaches providing the perfect setting for a relaxed holiday.

On entrance to Patio Do Covo you will find a private driveway with off street parking and lockable gate, The villa has a spacious lounge with Digital TV, DVD player and CD player and a dining area with seating for 8. The modern fully fitted kitchen has a cooker with hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, there is also a washing machine available in the outside storage area.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with modern en-suite bathrooms.

The lounge has patio doors leading onto a partly shaded patio with a seating area, ideal for evening drinks or trying out the BBQ. There is a lovely terrace with private pool and sun loungers and steps leading up to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views or sit and watch the sun go down in the evening

Carvoeiro is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday but if you want to get out and about there is plenty to keep you occupied in Carvoeiro and the local area. The very popular Slide ´n´ Splash water park is ideal for a family day out and is only a 5-10 minute drive or if you go a bit further (25 mins) you can keep the children entertained for hours at Zoo Marine sea life centre.

If you fancy exploring some of the historic sights of the Algarve you can visit Silves (15 minute drive) or head up the Monchique mountains to take in the amazing views.

There is a diving centre nearby (5 minute walk) with organised dives for beginners and advanced levels or there are some great golf courses to choose from - Pestana Gramacho, Pinta and Silves are all just a short drive away.

The local beaches are beautiful, you can take a boat trip to see the grotto´s or you may just choose to relax in the sunshine.

Patio Do Covo is situated on the edge of Carvoeiro town centre, just a five minute walk to the local restaurants, bars and shops and a choice of two wonderful beaches - Praia do Carvoeiro or Centianes both within easy walking distance.

As the villa is located so close to town there is no need to hire a car as you can get fresh bread, fish, meat and vegetables at the local market in Carvoeiro, However if you decide to hire a car and explore there are some fantastic beaches close by including Centianes (20 minute walk or short drive), Albandeira, Benegil and Marinha. Carvoeiro is a small picturesque fishing village with a great selection of cafés, bars and restaurants, it is ideal for families and couples.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

To secure the booking we ask for a 30% non refundable deposit and then the remaining balance plus a breakage deposit of £150 is required 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. We do not accept payment on arrival. The breakage deposit is fully refundable if there are no major breakages and the house is left in good condition.

We will always try and be flexible with changeover days throughout the year as long as we don't lose nights in peak season so it does depend on previous bookings taken. Entry time to the property is 2pm and client departure time is 10am, if there is no same day changeover this can be flexible.

If you require the pay as you go internet we will need to be informed at the time of booking, the cost of this is 15€ for the first 10 hours and then 1€ per hour after that.

Cots and High Chairs can be provided for a small extra cost.

For repeat clients from 2012 there will be a £75.00 per week reduction (July/Aug 20
